(Ministerial opportunities are contingent upon the integrity of the person’s life since receiving salvation, since positional ministry requires a life lived by higher standards, each case will be subjected to a biblical standard for Holiness living, though there is forgiveness and restoration for all that repent. Limitations on the opportunity to serve in ministry may apply. When needed Pastor will consult with the presiding Bishop to reaffirm ministerial opportunities or confirm that an individual case may not qualify to part take in any serving of the body of Christ in official capacity)

By failure to meet the requirements of Membership of the COG, the member in question is expected to stand in the light, confessing their compromise or sin to leadership. Depending on the severity and intensity of violation to the membership commitment the membership may be revoked, and, in some cases, a former member may be excluded.

Where applicable, if Leadership decerns genuine repentance, Leadership will plan for restoration, help, counsel, and encouragement in Love.
