We desire 4 things for you:

1.) Encountering God and His Word (praise + exhortation + prophecy/preaching)

2.) Fellowship with the body of Christ (membership) 3.) Growing in the Word and relationships (prayer service and teaching service)

4.) Serving in purpose (individual call + corporate call)

1.) Encountering God & His Word

Col 1:28-29

28) Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present

every man perfect in Christ Jesus.

29) To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily.

2) Fellowship with the body of Christ (membership)

Eph 2:19

19) Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and

members of the household of God,

3.) Growing in the Word and relationships (prayer service and teaching service)

Acts 20:20

“how I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house.

Pro 27:17

As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.

You become a better tool for spiritual warfare when you:

Serve in your purpose (individual call + corporate call)

Eph 4:11-12

11) And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers.

12) for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.

1 Cor 12:4-6

4)There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.

5)There are differences in ministries, but the same Lord.

6)And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all.

1Cor 12:1

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant.

From 1 Cor 12, Rom 12 and Eph 4 we derive these giftings the Lord provides including the offices

of ministry.

Eph 4:12

For the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry,

for the edifying of the body of Christ.

• Gift of Faith

• Word of wisdom

• Word of knowledge

• Healings

• Miracles

• Prophesy

• Discerning of spirits

• Tongues

• Interpretation of tongues

• Teaching

• Serving / ministering

• Exhortation (urgent persuasion)

• Giving

• Mercy

• Hospitality

• Leadership / Administration

(Prayer is a gift to all through the Cross, the Spirit teaches us to pray)

1Co 12:27-31

27)Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.

28)And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that

miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.

29)Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles?

30)Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret?

31)But earnestly desire the best gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way.

Please Pray that the Lord may give you His heart for one of these teams and that the Lord would show the Leadership where you belong in the body.
